On August 24, 2026, Aeris Energy disclosed that members of its controlling Negrão family had acquired 15,474,289 common shares from BTG Pactual, which exercised a put option covering that block. The buyers were Alexandre Sarnes Negrão, Bernardo Romano Negrão, Fernanda Sarnes Negrão, and Gisela Sarnes Negão Assis. Following the transaction, the Negrão family holds 47,536,215 common shares, equivalent to 76.5 percent of Aeris Energy’s total shares. BTG Pactual’s stake fell from 24.7 percent to 49,997 shares, equivalent to 0.08 percent of the total. Aeris Energy is a Brazilian energy company known as a manufacturer of wind blades. The transaction value was not disclosed, and no advisers were named.
