On August 25, 2026, Endurance Capital announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Forge Care Limited, a Warwickshire based provider of trauma informed therapeutic residential care for children and young people. The deal was reported by Business Sale Report on August 24, 2026. Forge Care was founded by brothers Gavin Miller and Ryan Miller, who continue in key leadership roles alongside managing director Adam Wells. The company operates The Forge, a site of four Ofsted registered children’s homes offering up to 24 placements for young people aged six to eighteen who have experienced trauma, neglect, developmental disruptions, and emotional, behavioural, social and mental health challenges, including autism. The specific stake percentage and deal value were not disclosed. Debrett’s advised the selling shareholders, with a team led by partner Martin Poole, senior principal Harveer Gill, and executive Seb Rowlands. Browne Jacobson advised Endurance Capital, with private equity partner Matt Dorman leading the deal team. Future Planet Capital had previously provided equity investment in Forge Care.
