On August 20, 2026, Japanese food manufacturer St.Cousair announced through its United States subsidiary St.Cousair, Inc. the acquisition of the Blake Hill Preserves brand business and selected production equipment. The brand was founded in 2010 by Vicky Allard and Joe Hanglin in Vermont, and the brand assets were sold by Mascoma Bank. The manufacturing facility and retail store are excluded from this transaction and are set to be sold separately to an unnamed third party. The deal value was not disclosed. No advisers were named.
